The club currently has 26 members including one of the original members from 1980.  With Budleigh Salterton at the centre, the district covers an area of approximately 35 square miles in rural East Devon. Club Members live and work across the district and come from all walks of life.

All members are involved in activity and fund raising events.



Membership dues (£50 per year) are paid in January and July. Social events are lots of fun and and are a good way to build fellowship and friendships within the club.



The Club organises social events for members, partners and prospective members. Involving partners is an important feature of the Club because on many occasions it would be almost impossible to hold events, such as Gala Week or the Charity Golf Day, without their support.



Our main social event is our Handover & Charter Dinner when the newly elected President takes office. This also celebrates the Club's birthday (the anniversary of when the Club was chartered in 1980).
